Job summary

eTracks Tire Management Systems is seeking a bilingual Customer Development & Relationship Specialist to grow business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. You will coordinate internal responses, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM records to support revenue growth.

The role emphasizes customer-facing duties, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a flexible hybrid work setup and a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and verbal.
• Experience in a customer-facing commercial or relationship-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, conduct needs-based conversations, and follow up with customers or prospects.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate internal responses and manage timely follow-up with customers or prospects.
• Act as day-to-day contact for customer inquiries, documenting and routing requests appropriately.
• Maintain accurate customer data, activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
