Job summary

Nuvei is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Montreal. You will provide friendly, attentive service to merchants across channels, escalate complex cases to specialized teams, and work with internal groups to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.

Fluency in English and French is required, along with experience in customer service or sales and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
Experience in customer service, retention, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Solution-based, proactive mindset with ability to multitask in a lively environment.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive service to merchants through various channels.
Offer second-level escalation support and subject-matter expertise to first-level agents.
Investigate issues to provide quick fixes and long-term customized solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant concerns promptly.
Proactively engage with merchants to identify and address underlying issues.
Contact merchants with unresolved issues to offer solutions and improve satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions to improve efficiency and resolution speed.
