Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, operations, account management, service delivery, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers as primary contact and escalation lead.
• Partner with customers to define objectives, gather feedback, and deliver solutions meeting evolving needs.
• Lead planning, setup, installation, and execution of customer projects, ensuring safety, quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, contracts, operations, fleet, procurement, logistics, and technical teams for on-time delivery.
• Oversee technicians and project teams, ensuring training, equipment and support to perform safely.
