Bilingual Source is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative (French Required) in Canada. The role offers a hybrid work environment after an initial training period, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across product lines.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $56,000 CAD annually, plus a quarterly bonus opportunity. The position requires fluency in French and English and a customer‑centric mindset with strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in call centers or high‑volume environments.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong computer and system navigation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the day supporting customers by phone.
• Able to successfully complete a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from wholesale and retail inquiries as required.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, returns, and credits.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems while handling a high volume of interactions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to support shared goals and continuous improvement.
