Job summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled French-English Translator – Corporate Communications to support clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication across French- and English-speaking audiences. The translator will translate, review, and adapt corporate content while maintaining brand identity and professional tone.

The role requires fluency in French and English, superb writing and editing abilities, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and reading proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and professional writing conventions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and corporate communications accurately without losing meaning.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to maintain corporate terminology and adapt content for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate documents, announcements, newsletters, presentations, internal messages, and other materials between French and English.
• Support internal communications with HR announcements and policy updates.
• Prepare executive communications, speeches, and leadership messages.
• Maintain brand voice and professional standards across translations.
• Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy and consistency.
• Localize messages for different audiences and regional preferences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of translations.
• Manage translation projects and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Develop bilingual glossaries, style guides, and translation memories.
