Qualifications

• Law Clerk trained with certification or diploma.
• 3+ years drafting contracts in the Canadian legal landscape.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and related contracts.
• Partner with external stakeholders including hospitals, sites, and universities across Canada.
• Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with internal policies and Canadian laws.
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to redlines, negotiation, approval and execution.
• Provide legal support to clinical operations and study management teams.
• Assist Legal with templates, playbooks and internal guidance documents.
