Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Bilingual Contract Administrator I for a 3-month remote contract. You will handle contracting, licensing, and transfers for advisors, with bilingual communication across internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. Ideal candidates bring bilingual fluency in English and French, Excel proficiency, and some insurance industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French to communicate with partners.
• Familiarity with complex distribution systems or ability to learn.
• Experience with Excel for data handling and tracking.
• Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review contracting requirements and process advisor requests across systems.
• Review licensing in line with contracting and provincial rules.
• Move business between advisors and maintain records.
• Maintain advisor contracts and related admin.
• Ensure processes comply with policies, compliance and regulations.
• Handle communications with internal/external partners in bilingual format.
• Work under pressure, manage high volumes and meet SLAs.
• Demonstrate organization and prioritization with attention to detail.
• Provide customer service and relationship management; collaborate with team.
