Bilingual Collections Representative

Full‑time, permanent position. 40 hours per week. Location: Pickering, ON.
Salary: Up to $60,000.

Schedules available:

• 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Fully Bilingual in English and French.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections, sales, or customer service or a call center/contact center role.
• Experience using an automated dialer system is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
