Job summary

Uline is seeking a Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French) for an on-site role in Milton, Ontario. Pay ranges from $36 to $40 per hour, with full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The position emphasizes building relationships, resolving past-due balances, and coordinating with Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and bad debt. Fluency in English and French is required, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email to collect past-due balances.
• Identify root causes and partner with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
