Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual (English/French) Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely payments. You will resolve past-due balances, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize aging and bad debt. A strong customer-service mindset and proficiency in Word/Excel are required.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. This on-site role at the Milton, ON location offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual in English and French is required for communication with customers and teams.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and data tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and offering payment options.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
