Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in healthcare or related field.
• Bilingual French and English required to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Post-secondary education in business administration or related discipline.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned patient cases and projects following procedures and program requirements.
• Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies about access, reimbursement, and programs.
• Apply case-management protocols including monitoring, follow-up, and treatment adherence.
• Coordinate with primary healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
• Document case activities accurately in the program database and perform outbound calls.
• Participate in market research initiatives involving physicians, patients, and pharmacists.
• Report adverse events promptly and follow required procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training for products, programs, or processes.
• Offer feedback to improve protocols and cross-functional workflows.
• Onboard and support new caseworkers through shadowing and monitoring.
