Job summary

Gentek Building Products - Canada is seeking a Branch Inside Sales Support/Warehouseperson to deliver excellent customer service, process orders, and support shipping and receiving at our Red Deer location. You will be the face of Gentek for customers entering the branch or calling in and will work with the team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a completed high school diploma, willingness to learn about our building products, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in

Qualifications

• Completed High School certificate is a must.
• Experience in the building industry is valuable, but training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and provide friendly service.
• Enter and process customer orders using Gentek’s order system.
• Provide accurate information on products, availability, and delivery status.
• Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks and staging orders for delivery.
