Job summary

Gentek Building Products - Canada is seeking a Branch Inside Sales Support representative to greet customers, process orders, and provide product information in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will become a product knowledge expert, supporting contractors, builders, and retailers with accurate service and timely order fulfillment. Training is provided, with emphasis on exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High School certificate required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Experience in the building industry is valued but training is available.
• Able to read/write and perform basic numerical sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone.
• Enter and process orders in Gentek’s system.
• Provide product information, manage delivery status and documentation.
