Job summary

Messer is seeking an eCommerce Web Specialist to grow our B2B WebShop platform and drive onboarding, adoption, and self-service improvements. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to optimize customer journeys and enable digital commerce growth.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in information systems, 2+ years’ experience, and strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Technology required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital commerce or analytics.
Fluency in English and French is essential for this role.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support acquisition and onboarding initiatives through journey optimization and SEO hygiene.
Identify ideal customers and assist with onboarding and outreach campaigns.
Deliver customer and internal training sessions and create tutorials.
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support testing, issue tracking, and coordination with development teams.
Assist with day-to-day platform operations and inbox management.
