Job summary

Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a global sports and outdoor products company to recruit a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative for its Belleville, Ontario operation.

This permanent, full-time role supports French and English-speaking retailers across North America, manages orders and inventory updates, and uses SAP and related systems. Relocation may be available for Ottawa candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, account coordination or order management experience.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience supporting business customers, retailers, distributors or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support French and English-speaking specialty retailers and key accounts across North America.
• Manage customer orders, inventory availability, substitutions and delivery updates.
• Monitor order status and resolve processing issues, shipment delays and delivery blocks.
• Work closely with sales, distribution and internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Use SAP and other systems to maintain order accuracy and monitor service performance.
• Prepare reports, identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
