Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive sales operations experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport and license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert training and support to PBS DMS customers.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and onsite installations as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and drive customer success.
