Job summary

A leading insurance provider in Ottawa is seeking a Bilingual Claims Adjuster to investigate and settle automobile claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a good understanding of automobile policy, along with excellent communication skills in both English and French. The position offers a salary range of $60,430 to $83,119, plus bonuses, and a variety of perks including a defined benefit pension plan and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with a good understanding of automobile policy.
• Provincial adjuster license as required; ability to acquire same.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle minor to moderate automobile claims.
• Deliver a superior customer experience and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for claims handling.
