Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of Group Disability adjudication and case management.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience in training and developing staff.
Post-secondary education in health sciences is helpful.
Excellent leadership and communication in English and French.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor workflow management and performance; hire staff.
Ensure disability management practices are applied.
Provide technical support on complex claims issues.
Conduct quality reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
