Responsibilities:
  1. Support day-to-day banking operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  2. Perform high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with attention to accuracy and timelines.
  3. Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients in both English and French.
  4. Assist in client account maintenance, document processing, transactions, and reporting.
  5. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to support operational tasks.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  2. Strong administrative and customer service experience.
  3. Previous experience in banking or financial services is a strong asset.
  4. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  6. Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
