Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is seeking an Account Representative to manage a portfolio of accounts, process fund disbursements, and support servicing and lending activities. This 13-month temporary role emphasizes risk mitigation and client service while collaborating across CMHC teams.

The position requires a college diploma or degree, at least one year in finance or customer service, and bilingual English/French communication. Some in-office work is expected in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• College Diploma and/or Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or commerce.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a finance or customer service role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
• Bilingualism in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and ensure service levels.
• Work in a team environment to meet service standards and turnaround times.
• Address client needs and inquiries via group mailbox and deliver quality service.
• Prepare purchase orders, progress advances, and protect CMHC's security interests.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain data accuracy.
