• Document all interactions across multiple internal systems.
• Consistently work toward monthly performance expectations, including call activity and dollars collected.

Job description

Location: Mississauga, Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week (Mondays and Thursdays) Language: Fully bilingual, fluent in spoken and written English and French Duration: 12-month contract, with potential for extension or permanency Background Check Requirement: Criminal background check Pay Rate: $24/hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:15pm. Every 3 months for 1 week, will require to cover 10am-7pm shift.
