Job summary

1Milk2Sugars in Toronto is looking for an Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager to oversee client accounts and lead strategic marketing and PR campaigns.

You will be the primary client contact, manage budgets, timelines and performance metrics, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Proficiency in both French and English is essential, and experience with fashion, beauty or lifestyle clients is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead and execute integrated marketing and PR campaigns with internal teams.
• Define objectives, timelines and budgets; monitor progress for on-time delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients for growth and optimization.
• Participate in new business development, including leads and proposals.
• Mentor and guide account team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with clients.
