Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience.
Fluency in English and French required.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
CRM proficiency and Excel skills essential.
Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for key decision makers at assigned accounts.
Develop account plans defining current situation, value, challenges, and growth strategies.
Understand competitive landscape and communicate with stakeholders.
Monitor customer usage to optimize forecast, margin and revenue growth.
Negotiate prices and agreements with customers for mutual value.
Organize strategic business reviews to create growth opportunities.
Help existing clients and develop new business via email, phone, and meetings.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Update knowledge through learning opportunities and professional networks.
Onboard new clients with Sales Coordinator and deepen relationships.
Deepen established relationships and turn prospects into loyal clients.
