Job summary

Beanfield is seeking an Account Development Representative to support the Sales Channel from our Montreal location. You will qualify inbound inquiries, run outbound campaigns, and help the team meet quotas while collaborating with cross-functional groups.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of B2B sales in telecom, bilingual English/French, strong communication and analytical skills, and a drive to grow in a dynamic, full-time role with generous benefits and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French essential or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Manage order fulfillment and sales program administration.
• Track activities and maintain CRM data.
