Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bid Manager role located in Mississauga, ON. The Bid Manager will be responsible for bid preparation, bid management, bid writing, proposal management, and overseeing bid processes on a daily basis.

  • Bid Preparation and Bid Writing skills
  • Bid Management and Proposal Management skills
  • Experience in overseeing Bid Processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
