Alstom in Toronto seeks a Bid Costing Manager to lead cost estimation, planning and pricing for bids and projects. You will develop budgets, benchmark costs, and drive value through cost-saving initiatives across Bid, Finance, Risk and Project teams.
We expect 7+ years in estimating and cost management on large-scale infrastructure, with expert Excel and familiarity with Salesforce and Primavera P6. English fluency is essential; French desirable.

Take on a new challenge and apply your cost estimation, planning, and financial management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our projects and tenders by leading and managing cost estimation, planning, control, and pricing activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Bid, Finance, Risk, and Project teams), developing and optimizing budgets, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of benchmarking exercises for internal evaluations and demonstrating value for money to clients, but also identifying cost savings and revenue-enhancing initiatives.

The expected compensation for this role is $102,000 – $134,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
