Job summary

Tracxtion is seeking a Manager, Benefits, Perks & Leaves to lead Canada/US benefits and leave programs for 800+ employees. This hybrid Toronto-based role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, employee-focused programs and predictable service levels.

Responsibilities include managing enrollments, terminations, leaves, accommodations, perks, and vendor relations, with a view to simplification and modernization. Salary ranges are disclosed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including benefits, leaves or related programs.
• Experience with Canada and US employees.
• Experience in large, multi-entity organizations.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, disability processes, and accommodations.
• Experience with brokers, insurers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits programs across Canada and the U.S., including enrollments, eligibility changes, life events, and renewals.
• Oversee leave, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work processes.
• Administer employee perk and wellbeing programs and manage related costs.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and leaders to ensure timely program delivery.
• Develop budgets, forecasting, renewals, vendor evaluations and program planning.
• Harmonize programs across North American entities.
