Job summary

Infosys seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Absence & Benefits Techno-Functional Lead to implement and support Absence & Benefits for Canadian clients. You will lead client engagements, discuss integrations and data migrations, and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences.

The role emphasizes SDLC governance, delivery excellence, and top system performance across E2E Absence & Benefits modules. Ontario-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Absence & Benefits modules for Canadian clients.
• Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business and management.
• Manage SDLC activities, including CRPs/Playback sessions, testing, and training content preparation.
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations and reporting related to Compensation and Benefits.
