American Income Life Insurance Company is seeking motivated, reliable individuals for a fully remote role. You will assist members with enrollment, eligibility, and documentation, respond to inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups to understand and meet client coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with benefit enrollment, eligibility verification, and required documentation
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance
• Respond to client questions regarding coverage, policies, and available benefit programs
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
• Evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate coverage options using our Needs Analysis system
• Explain policy features, enrollment procedures, and available benefits clearly
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional ongoing service
