• Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance.

• Coordinate appointments and follow up with individuals requesting additional information.
• Evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate coverage options using our Needs Analysis system.
• Explain policy features, enrollment procedures, and available benefits clearly.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional ongoing service.
