Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service focus.
• Discretion, integrity and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise on North American compensation and Canadian benefits programs.
• Lead compensation and benefits programs, including pay equity and parental leave.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to improve program performance.
• Manage PayFactors system maintenance and global/regional guidance.
• Oversee Canadian Benefits Open Enrolment and cross-border benefits coordination.
• Develop educational materials and deliver benefits training sessions.
• Support annual payroll cycles, benchmarking, and wage guideline updates.
