Job summary

Niagara Casinos is hiring a Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, reservations, mobility aids, and daily casino services. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a hospitable attitude to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining lobby cleanliness, aiding with lost-and-found, and supporting room service tray runs while adhering to OH&S policies. Training in hotel/hospitality and knowledge of Niagara Falls are preferred.

Qualifications

• Training or classes taken in hotel or hospitality field.
• Knowledge of Niagara Falls and surrounding areas.
• Sense of urgency, accountability and integrity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak multiple languages.
• Proficiency using Micros software.

Responsibilities

• Provide luggage handling to guest rooms on arrival and departure.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants, taxis or limousines and complete forms.
• Assist guests with lost and found, internet access issues and retrieving personal belongings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the lobby and elevators.
• Facilitate access to scooters and sign out wheelchairs for mobility needs.
• Assist room service with tray runs.
• React to business fluctuations while maintaining guest service.
• Handle high volumes of guest interactions for long periods.
• Make decisions pertaining to the guest’s stay.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Work safely in compliance with OH&S policies.
• Know promotions occurring at casino properties.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support a 24/7 operation.
