Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Assist guests in/out of vehicles and manage luggage.
• Explain parking procedures and provide directions as required.
• Arrange transportation for guests upon request.
• Maintain awareness of premises and report safety or security concerns.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
