Job summary

Wine and Beyond Regina is seeking a Beer Manager to lead the beer department at our new Regina location. You will guide a small team, drive beer sales, and host in-store tastings to engage customers.

The role requires 2+ years retail or liquor experience, leadership, and strong beer knowledge. You’ll ensure compliance with liquor regulations, manage inventory, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or liquor experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Serve It Right certification (or ability to get it).
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
