Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Regina, SK is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive provincial sales execution across multiple regions. You will coach a diverse team of managers and specialists, align with liquor boards, and implement strategic plans for key accounts to achieve quotas and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and at least five years in financial analysis and consumer goods sales, with strong Excel and Word skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and five years in financial analysis and consumer goods sales.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of beverage/alcohol industry regulations and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, including advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead provincial sales teams and drive commercial performance across regions.
• Stay apprised of federal and provincial laws affecting the beverage industry.
• Foster relationships with liquor boards to execute trade objectives.
• Design strategic sales plans for key accounts and establish quotas and territories.
• Conduct sales meetings, train and motivate the team to hit targets.
• Develop KPIs and report key commercial and financial metrics.
