Job summary

Wine & Beyond Regina is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in-store. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help them choose the right wines, spirits, and beers while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing payments, restocking, and checking IDs for legal age verification. A provincial certification is required or you must be willing to obtain it before starting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Must hold a valid provincial certification (or be willing to obtain it before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
• Ability to climb, use, and work on stairs, operate machinery when needed.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Champion excellent customer service
• Ensure shelf and merchandise are up to standards
• Adhering to company’s policies and procedures.
