Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at the ON-Pen Centre store in Saint Catharines, overseeing daily operations, coaching the team, and driving client experiences to exceed sales goals. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional service, and promote an inclusive, high-performing environment.

This role requires a minimum of two years of leadership experience in retail or service and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
