Job summary

Sephora Canada in Toronto is seeking a Services Lead to support all departments on the sales floor within a Sephora location. You will ensure the selling model and outstanding client service to meet store objectives.

You will lead Sales Experience, Visual Merchandising, and client engagement, adjusting staffing as needed while driving performance and upholding Sephora values. The role involves collaboration across teams and interviewing for talent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong client service skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Experience: ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora selling and align with goals.
• Visual Merchandising: support store visuals and merchandising standards.
• Passionate about Clients: act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: understand sales performance and staffing needs to meet client expectations.
• Talent Champion: participate in interviewing for World team as needed.
