Sephora Canada is seeking a Services Lead in Kingston, ON to support all departments on the sales floor. You will drive Sephora’s selling model, engage with clients, and act as Manager on Duty while coordinating visual merchandising and staffing to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, sales performance awareness, and leadership in a busy retail environment at a top cosmetics retailer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong client service skills.
• Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
• Support Visual Merchandising; ensure floor visuals meet company standards and update as needed.
