Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Audi Queensway team. This role provides frontline customer service and sales for the Service Department, guiding clients through repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has CDK experience, a proven ability to upsell maintenance services, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• Aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as a part of a TEAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.
• Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership.
• Explaining the nature of repairs to customers.
• Advising customers how to look after their vehicles.
• Scheduling appointments for service and maintenance.
• Selling labour and service enhancements.
• Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers.
