Job summary

Land Rover North Vancouver is seeking a professional and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to join the dealership. You will serve as the dealership’s first point of contact, manage a multi-line switchboard, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support including filing and basic clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Switchboard Operator: handle high-volume calls on a multi-line switchboard.
• Administration: assist with data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks.
• Filing Clerk: organize invoices and indexed documents.
• Front Desk Coordinator: greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain the reception area and keep documents tidy.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

Land Rover North Vancouver is seeking a professional and organized Customer Experience Coordinatorto serve as the dealership’s first point of contact. This role manages a multi‑lineswitchboard, greets and directs visitors, and provides general administrativesupport including filing, mail handling, and basic clerical tasks. Maintaininga clean, welcoming front desk is essential.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills,excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently andas part of a team.

The expectedpayfor this position is $19 - $20 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• SwitchboardOperator: Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional, polite andefficient manner. Places, receives & routes a high volume of callsthrough a multi-line switchboard, while supplying information to callers,relaying messages & announcing visitors to internal staff.
• Administration:Assists in overflow tasks from staff including word processing, data entry& internet research tasks. Sort and stuff letters and misc. mailingsas required.
• FilingClerk: Performs basic clerical tasks such as arranging invoices &other indexed documents, cash receipt book revisions.
• FrontDesk Coordinator: Serves as the first impression of the dealership &front lines the main desk at point of entry for the purpose of greeting& directing all visitors, including vendors, clients & customers.
• Maintainthe appearance of the reception desk; cleanliness & organization ofdocuments & files is mandatory.
• Otherduties as assigned by management
