Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada's largest automotive group, is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to join the BMW Aurora team. This on-site role offers commission-based pay and a fast-paced environment where you can grow your career by turning leads into loyal customers.

You will follow up on diverse leads, meet monthly sales targets, and promote new business while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Experience in automotive sales or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• OMVIC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from multiple sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and expand the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and participate in product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to achieve them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models.

Pay Rate:

Thisrole isCommissionbased.

Responsibilities:

• Followup on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meetindividual and department goals
• Promotenew business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing newcustomers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providinga superior experience for our customers in order to exceed theirexpectations
• Demonstratinga high level of product knowledge, including participating in producttraining available
• Setgoals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach thoseobjectives
• Maintainstrong knowledge of all vehicle models

Qualifications:
