Job summary

White Rock Hyundai is seeking a motivated BDC/Junior Service Advisor to create a strong first impression and support the Service team at our Surrey location. You will handle customer calls, schedule appointments, and help maintain customer records and vehicle histories.

This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to service operations, with opportunity to grow into a Service Advisor role. Weekend shifts are required; competitive pay and benefits accompany a collaborative, values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or BDC/appointment coordination.
• Clear, professional telephone communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with PBS or similar system.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and avoid overbooking.
• Make outbound reminder, confirmation, and follow-up calls.
• Update customer records and vehicle history in our system.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Provide basic service information and communicate available maintenance services and promotions.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians with an organized appointment flow.
• Monitor appointments and online bookings.
• Greet incoming customers promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and update basic repair orders accurately.
• Assist with Service Advisor coverage when required.
• Learn Service Advisor processes with the goal of progressing into a Service Advisor role.
