Job summary

Northland Hyundai in Prince George, BC is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will estimate costs and times for repairs, welcome customers, discuss needs, and guide them from inquiry to repair completion.

The role requires at least 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience. CDK is an asset in our fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?
