Leavens Mazda is seeking a BDC Coordinator to engage customers and colleagues with energy and authenticity. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, scheduling service visits, and communicating appointment details, all while maintaining accurate records and supporting a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate should be customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling shifting priorities under deadlines; experience with centralized billing is preferred.

• Answer inbound calls and schedule customer appointments.
• Discuss details of requested service with customers (what is involved, duration).
• Communicate with customers regarding upcoming appointments.
• Inform customers of expected wait times.
• Communicate upcoming appointments and schedules to service team.
• Schedule first service appointment for newly sold vehicles.
• Other duties as required.

Pay Range:

• $18.50-21.75/hour

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excelled communication skills by phone, email and in-person
• Customer service oriented
• Capable experience with active listening
• Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic team in an environment where priorities shift and can be directed by customers
• Number oriented, with good attention to detail
• High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines
• Proven organizational, planning and multitasking skills
• Previous experience working with a centralized billing system preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
