Job summary

Gescan, a leading Canadian electrical distributor, seeks an experienced sales professional to manage direct project sales in British Columbia. You will work with Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Outside Sales Reps to achieve budget goals through the Central Quotations team.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and a College/University Diploma (Sales & Marketing preferred), plus 5–7 years in customer service, sales, or distribution, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College/University Diploma with a focus on Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or distribution required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activity for direct project business in British Columbia.
• Develop new customer opportunities by calling on specifiers and engineers.
• Maintain relationships with major accounts and internal stakeholders.
