Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. in British Columbia seeks a highly skilled District Manager, based in the greater Vancouver area, to oversee local marketing and store operations, driving sales and exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets, and implement local initiatives. The role requires 5–8 years in retail management, preferably in cannabis, with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years multiunit experience in the retail industry, cannabis retail industry preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience in a management role in a retail environment, preferably in a unionized retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage performance.
• Proven excellent customer service skills.
• Integrity, creativity, high standards, and achievement orientation.
