Canna Cabana Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Regina to help lead daily store operations and support the Store Manager in their absence. You will guide staff, manage schedules, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding health, safety, and company policies.

The role requires retail supervisory experience, CannaSell certification, and a strong commitment to teamwork and compliance. This full-time position offers growth and bonus potential within a growing cannabis retail

Qualifications

• High school completion and college/CEGEP or technical training required
• CannaSell certification required
• Clean criminal background check prior to start date
• Retail experience 3–5 years
• Supervisory experience in retail 2+ years
• First Aid certification is an asset
• Demonstrated service orientation
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Monitor and assess staff performance
• Ability to work varied shifts incl. nights/holidays/weekends
• Basic office admin skills and MS Office proficiency
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Health and safety legislation understanding
• Professional, responsive work attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations with store management
• Fill in for Store Manager in their absence
• Assist in interviews, promotions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when requested
• Provide direction and instruction to store associates
• Maintain store conditions to company standards
• Help create weekly staffing schedules as needed
• Coordinate with departments to ensure clear information and expectations
• Greet and assist customers while modeling exemplary conduct
• Enforce company policies and applicable laws
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
• Ensure health, safety and security regulations are followed
• Oversee inventory management
