Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, personnel, and inventory.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Coordinate activities among workers and support on‑site customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
