Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Basin Glacial Waters Facility Attendant to maintain luxury guest spaces, stock amenities, and respond to inquiries, ensuring a pristine environment in Banff National Park.

You will support wellness facilities operations, assist guests with robes, towels and use of sauna and whirlpool, and help keep public areas spotless. Start date October 2026; pay rate $20.86/hour with on-site staff accommodations and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset.
• Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, are polite and friendly.
• Dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Basin premises; clean, replenish stock of amenities, toiletries and linens and answer guest inquiries.
• Assist in dispensing robes, towels and sandals to guests.
• Ensure all public areas reflect a luxury experience for guests.
• Support Lounge Servers in clearing.
• Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner; clean lockers as needed.
• Direct guests to appointments and assist with use of sauna, steam whirlpool, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Facility team you will have the opportunity to interact with patrons while providing a once in a lifetime experience while also adhering to specific standards and supporting the overall success of the department.

Job Duties

• Responsible for maintaining the Basin premises;clean, replenish stock of all amenities, toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries

• Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing up and down the stairs.
